Process improvement software

AUDIO PROBLEM

1. Speaker Problem
Step work:

* Check component mekaniknya
* Check speaker + resistor - 300 ohm
* Impedance check with the speaker pad ground
* Impedance speaker check pad (+) and C179 with the speaker pad (-) with the C180, if OK replace the zero-L150, R151, C179, C180.
Impedance * If there is all the damage is on the audio prosesornya, which terletek in IC UEM.

2. MIC Problem
Step work:

* Check mechanical component connectors
* Check resistansi MIC + - 1 Kohm
* Impedance MIC check with the ground pad
Impedance MIC check * pad (+) with the C171, if OK replace the zero-L153, R153, C159, C153, C171, C172
* MIC bias in check R160, zero if OK replace the R156, C183, C175, R160, C152
Impedance * if there is all the damage in the IC UEM

3. Buzzer OFF
Step work:

* Check mechanical components konektornya
* Check resistansi Buzzeer
* Impedance check with buzzer pad ground
* Impedance check on the pad with a buzzer C164, C165 buzzer pad down, zero if OK replace the L151, L152, C177, C178, C164, C165
* If the treatment above is correct then there is damage to the IC Audio Amplifier (N150)


Charging PROBLEM

1. Display Appears Not charging
Step work:

* Check resistansi F100 and L100 zero if the components change
* Impedance check Vcharge with the ground path, zero if OK replace the V100

2. Charging Display Appears But Not Moving
Step work:

* Check out voltage of the battery connector + - 3.8 volt

3. Charging Display and comes Moving But Not the
Step work:

* Impedance check instead of R250 if necessary, zero if OK replace UEM IC

LCD PROBLEM
Step work:

* Solder re-foot-foot connector B to B LCD
* Check voltage V10 dah Vflash, zero if OK replace the C300, C301

UI PROBLEM
Vibra OFF
Step work:

* Check resistansi Vibrator, if not replace the rotary
* Check Vbaterai + - 4 volt
* Vibra Impedance check with the ground pad

Light OFF
Step work:

* Check N300, L300, V300

INSERT SIM
Step work:

* Clean the connectors simcard
* Foot-soldier back foot simcard
* Reprint R388

Hank keypad
Step work:

* Reprint Z300 Keypad IC, if still no damage to hank on the CPU / UPP

Signal PROBLEM
Step work:

* Manual Search: Phone settings à Network à Network mode: manual (take this)
* Automatic

OFF TOTAL
Step work:

* Check voltage swith on / off 1 - 1.5 volt check voltage out from the IC Power check box with a flasher, select the normal mode is zero if OK, press the check

(ISI Boot OK, UPP, 3450, ... ... F10, 0x 0000 0000, 0x0130 PPFF, ... ...)

* Do the flashing

HARDWARE (THE HARD)

1. RF (Radio Frequency)

3. UI (User Interface)
